Rooms

The rooms where sessions will be delivered, listed with room capacities, are as follows:

• Old Hall– 120 cap.
• Stanley Library– 60 cap.
• Old JCR– 30 cap.
• Chapel Box– 30 cap.

The Great Hall (pictured left) will serve refreshments as well as be the location for lunch and dinner. Alternatively you can purchase refreshments from the Social Hub.

You are welcome to take your refreshments and food outside if you wish.

Equipment

Rooms will be equipped with the following:

• Old Hall– Microphone, speakers, projector and screen, lectern, laptop. Old Hall also has live stream capability in the event of room capacity filling.
• Stanley Library– Microphone, speakers, TV screen, laptop.
• Old JCR– Clevertouch screen, laptop.
• Chapel Box– Clevertouch screen, laptop.

Flipcharts are available on request, tech support will be available if needed.

There will also be appropriate setups for moderation.

Registration

Upon arriving to the College, please enter through Tower Drive, to the Porters Lodge (under the tower, on the left hand side) to register. If you’re unsure on how to get to the college, click the button below.

Finding rooms + Storage

Physical maps of Girton College will be available upon registration. The Reception Room will be available to store bags and coats on arrival.
